Documentary that follows American craniofacial surgeon, Dr. Larry Sargent, Professor and Chairman of the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Tennessee, his wife Brenda Sargent, and his surgical team as they travel to Peru to perform free surgery on children suffering from facial deformities, including cleft lips, cleft palettes, and encephaloceles -- a malformation where the brain pushes through the front of the skull.
